This 780 mm-wide ergotec handlebar is made from cold-drawn AL 7050 T76 aluminium, a high-strength material also used in aerospace applications. Its wall thicknesses are tailored to the different load zones and can contribute to tuned flex characteristics. Its 12° grip angle can support a comfortable hand position. The wide grip area also provides sufficient space for compatible brake, shifting and display components. Depending on the version, the handlebar is rated at ergotec Safety Level 5, 6 or 6+ and is designed for different MTB and e-MTB applications.
