The ergotec TREKKING BÜGEL is a comfort-oriented Micro Alloy Steel (MAS) handlebar designed for city, trekking and suitable e-bikes. Its 35 mm rise and 47° grip angle can support a more upright riding position and a comfortably aligned hand position. The clamp diameter is 25.4 mm. The material is designed for high loads and supports the handlebar’s robust character. The TREKKING BÜGEL is rated at ergotec Safety Level 4 and approved for a total system weight of up to 140 kg. The total system weight includes the rider, bicycle and luggage. The rating takes into account the requirements of DIN EN ISO 4210 for bicycles and DIN EN 15194 for e-bikes. The TREKKING BÜGEL therefore combines a comfort-oriented handlebar shape with a robust material specification for everyday use and longer tours.
