The ergotec EP-K pedal has been specially developed for use on children’s bikes. With its durable plastic cage, compact size of 82 x 75 mm and robust 7 mm steel axle, it is designed to meet the needs of young riders. The convex tread surface supports a comfortable and secure foot position while ensuring efficient power transfer when pedalling. Internal guide rails provide additional stability and help guide the foot precisely on the pedal. This promotes a safer riding experience. For added safety, reflectors with K approval number are integrated into the pedal design. The EP-K pedal has been tested in the ergotec Test Centre and is approved for a maximum rider weight of 100 kg.
