The ergotec SP-10.0 VARIO 550 is a suspension telescopic seatpost with a two-stage design. The two telescopic sections allow the extension length to be adjusted continuously from 110 to 435 mm. This makes the seatpost suitable for compact bikes, folding bikes and cargo bikes. The SP-10.0 VARIO 550 is made from AL 6061 T6 aluminium and is rated at ergotec Safety Level 5. Its steel spring system provides 45 mm of travel and is designed for a rider weight of 70 to 120 kg. The 550 mm seatpost is available in 31.6, 33.9 and 34.9 mm diameters. It has 15 mm of offset and an installation height of 100 mm. The SP-10.0 VARIO 550 is designed for 7 mm saddle rails and seat tube angles greater than 70°.
