The ergotec VIPER UP & DOWN S seatpost is designed for e-trekking bikes and e-mountain bikes. Its 80 mm height adjustment allows the saddle height to be adapted to different riding situations and terrain. The seatpost also features integrated air suspension with 40 mm of travel. This can help absorb shocks and vibrations on uneven surfaces and support riding comfort. The construction uses AL 6061 T6 and AL 6066 T6 aluminium alloys. The internally routed control cable supports a clean cable layout and reduces exposure to external influences. The VIPER UP & DOWN S is rated at ergotec Safety Level 6, has a length of 397 mm and is available in 30.9, 31.6 and 34.9 mm diameters. It is designed for 7 mm saddle rails and seat tube angles greater than 70°.
