The ergotec CRAB 2 is an Ahead stem made from 3D-forged AL 6061 T6 aluminium. The four-bolt handlebar clamp is designed for handlebars with a 25.4 mm clamp diameter. The stem is rated at ergotec Safety Level 4. The fixed 7° angle determines the handlebar position and can support a slightly higher handlebar setup. Depending on the bicycle geometry and the selected extension length, the cockpit position can be adjusted accordingly. The CRAB 2 is available with extensions of 70, 90 or 110 mm. Installation and safety information: The stem must not be combined with a carbon steerer tube or carbon handlebar. Such a combination can result in a risk of breakage.
