The ergotec PIRANHA 650B 31.8 is a 3D-forged aluminium Ahead stem with a four-bolt handlebar clamp. The clamp is designed for handlebars with a 31.8 mm clamp diameter. Thanks to its flip-flop design, the stem can be installed at an angle of +6° or −6°. This allows the cockpit position to be raised or lowered slightly, depending on the preferred setup. The stem is available with extensions of 50 and 70 mm. The PIRANHA 650B is made from AL 6061 T6 aluminium, has a black sandblasted finish and is rated at ergotec Safety Level 6. Installation and safety information: The stem must not be combined with a carbon steerer tube or carbon handlebar. Such a combination can result in a risk of breakage.
