The ergotec PIKE 2 is an Ahead stem made from 3D-forged AL 6061 T6 aluminium. The four-bolt handlebar clamp is designed for handlebars with a 25.4 mm clamp diameter. Rated at ergotec Safety Level 6, the stem is intended for the applications approved for this rating. Depending on the installation direction, the angle is +6° or −6°. This allows the handlebar position to be set higher or lower and adapted to the desired riding position. The PIKE 2 is available with extensions of 60, 90, 110 or 130 mm. For each application, the approvals for the complete steering system comprising handlebar and stem must be observed. Installation and safety information: The stem must not be combined with a carbon steerer tube or carbon handlebar. Such a combination can result in a risk of breakage.
